Whether you're new to wrestling or have been away from the sport for some time, our Wrestling 101 slide deck, presented annually in November, is designed to give you a clear, beginner-friendly overview of youth wrestling. This resource covers the fundamentals—from basic rules and scoring to tournament structure, gear, and etiquette—so you can feel confident and informed as you step into the wrestling community.
While this presentation is geared toward youth wrestling, much of it applies to the high school season, as well.
